A:We deliver to the whole of Spain including the canary and Balearic islands, and Portugal.

A:  Our service carries out this transport at a controlled temperature using refrigerated vehicles,we guarantee that the cold chain remains unbroken from the moment the package picked up enters into the transport chain until it is delivered.

A: The quality process starts with selection of only products, brands, and vendors with reputation for delivering excellence. With a hand-picked, fresh, all natural product coming in for our butchers to work with, they then are trained to cut, process, and prepare the product correctly to maximize flavor and tenderness. As we only carry premium lines of product and nothing is frozen, the end result is a tasty product that showcases its natural flavors.

 

Q: HOW DO I SPECIAL ORDER? WHAT’S AVAILABLE?

A. There are many cuts of meat – and varieties of meat available to consumers. Maybe you have a recipe you want to try, or there is a specialty/exotic meat that seems intriguing – like kangaroo, turtle, rattlesnake, alligator, or elk. Whatever the case, give us a call or stop by to speak with one of our butchers to check on availability of products. If we do not have the product in stock, we can special order most products up to six days per week in some cases. Depending on the nature of the special orders, we may require a deposit.
